Entrevista a Teresa Amorós

One’s state before awakening is one of complete ignorance and selfishness, the ego normally rules our lives and we behave mostly in an automatic and incoherent way. We usually behave with fear, with a victim or the executioner attitude and most of the time according to the other’s needs in order to please them. We are constantly doing things and we don’t realize that not doing is also doing. We are usually ignorant of life after death, even ignorant of our own ignorance.

She is aware of her awakening as a result of comparing herself in the past, how she used to live and how she lives today, verbalizing “I’ve already found the path”.

Awakening is to connect with…, to expand our awareness…; we awake to our personal Consciousness, which is more inclusive than the ego consciousness, to the interdependence among all things (the union, the collective consciousness, the union with the Wholeness). The “thing” to which we awake is the same for everybody. We become aware of the different realities and dimensions to which our consciousness can tune into. We awake to the fact that consciousness is within everything. We awake to the existence of other inter-dimensional or spiritual beings, to extraterrestrials, and the deep ontological implications they have for humanity. We also become aware of the Planet as a living being embedded in the movement of the living Cosmos. There is a collective consciousness awakening underway to become responsible for ourselves as a human race, and be more respectful and conscious.

There are two types of awakenings, punctual ones which occur in altered states of consciousness and awakenings in the everyday life as transformative experiences. The process of awakening varies for each person. The process itself it is not reversible, because you are always pushed to move forward. The process of awakening is like putting the pieces of a puzzle together. It implies a death and rebirth process, crossing from the death state (although we may think we are physically alive) into a living state. Through the process you can’t jump steps ahead because sooner or later you will have to go through them anyway. The awakening process is a challenging experience because it shakes and deconstructs your ego structures and that brings you different crises. There is also the ultimate fear of the implications of becoming a responsible being. The process moves you towards an unknown territory and that’s an unpleasant experience because you can’t predict anything.

The process of awakening is about making conscious what it is unconscious. This process brings you internal crisis, and illness will probably emerge in your body; illness should be used as an opportunity for self-discovery, regeneration and transformation. The path is a psychological process in which you need to heal your wounds, by balancing your polarities and connecting heart and mind making them coherent  in dialogue. Become aware of the self-sabotage part within ourselves. The process unfolds as you pull out different threads in order to go deeper within yourself. It takes many years and requires perseverance. Learning how to be alone with you is how you can deeply enter into the dark night of the soul experience and get transformed. It is important to learn to be alone.

It is important to be truthful to yourself otherwise the path will lead you again to suffering. The attitude to walk this path its like “I don’t care where I’m going if I go connected to myself and with awareness of how I go”. You need to have faith and trust in the process knowing your are always protected with your own light, mostly when you go into the experience of the dark night of the soul. There is always light at the end of the darkness. If you fight with the process, you put forward resistance and the body will make you notice the tension through symptoms and illnesses. Your personal fears, your own beliefs and thoughts about how things should be will limit and restrain the expansion of your consciousness.

There are several risks in the process of awakening, one of the most important ones is not to be grounded, thinking you are God, an elected one or to believe that you are the saviour of humanity, all these risks come from the ego structures.

The experience that triggered my process of awakening was an encounter with three extraterrestrials in my bedroom at night. The search for answers about why, why my, who they were, where they came from, what had happened, etc triggered my process. From that experience other transpersonal experiences came up, like “an internal explosion and connection between mind and heart”, becoming “one with a tree”, “vision and experience of my consciousness in a rock”, among others. The effect of the main experience had an important effect increasing the depth and speed of her personal work and growth, also with her clients in therapy. The experience left her a feeling of gratitude to the Universe (where the ETs come from). She used the experience to understand deeper the nature of reality in which she was living, she became responsible to use this experience and its effects in benefit of others. One needs to experience the path first in order to help others, once you have experienced it, your power to help others is increased.

Internal realizations through experience include:

  • Connection of mind-heart and internal coherence brings you the correct action.
  • About the nature of consciousness as formless, it doesn’t feel, have desires, purposes, it is just will.
  • Matter is just the vehicle of consciousness, consciousness is unified with everything: interdependence of things and beings.
  • “You are not your body but you live in your body”

The relationship with the world:

  • Genuine spiritual dimension comes when we accept being in this dimension, spirituality is about helping others to fish, not to give it to them.
  • You become an observer of the reality around. Becoming an observer has stopped her tendency to argue or “fight” with the world. Not fighting with the world is not fighting with you.
  • Being aware of synchronicities and the universal abundance as a way to expand awareness.
  • You see things around that you were not able to see before.
  • Being aware of your responsibility in the planetary transformation as part of the collective consciousness.
  • More respect and conscious love for the Planet and its elements, you realize you are part of it.

Relationships with others:

  • Everyone has his own process and journey.
  • Accept and respect them as they are, feeling free to talk one’s truth, you become sincere talking more from the hearth, then communication becomes easier, and you interact directly with others, in a more transparent way.
  • Become less judgmental, put fewer labels onto others.
  • Be according to her even if others don’t like it, don’t try to please anyone, just be, which brings peace and stillness to oneself.
  • You don’t feel conditioned by social norms, only by yourself. This sometimes brings problems with others, but if there is dialogue it is easier to mutually understand each other.
  • Relationships are more about giving and receiving.
  • More awareness of cause-effect, action-reaction with others and your responsibility.
  • I see my perspective and the others too, I’m more empathic because it is easier to place myself in the other in order to understand him/her.
  • You leave many friends behind but you feel gratitude for what you have shared with them.

Becoming more awaken brings you different qualities:

  • Constant observation and being alert at all times, doing things more consciously.
  • Have no fear of death or destruction once you experience and realize that consciousness is in everything;
  • You become responsible for yourself, your emotional states; become aware of cause-effects of your behaviour in your daily life, of how emotions affect your behaviour and actions.
  • Being able to step aside from problems and try to understand why has it happened, and look for your responsibility.
  • Transformative attitude towards obstacles, they become opportunities for change.
  • Being able to connect with the deepest self and tune into different tonalities or dimensions of our reality;
  • Readjusting values of what’s important in life: “a fly and an extraterrestrial become equally important, and I’m here to serve equally both of them”, problems arise when one becomes more important than the other; you realize that each one has its function because we are in an interdependent reality.
  • A broader understanding and perspective of life, which brings you a change in your behaviour. A sense of spiritual pragmatism and usefulness of things and experiences.
  • You have more common sense and inner coherence, manifested in a more intelligent and quiet way of doing things; an inner sense of solidity and being able to be present in the now, becoming more myself in any circumstance. To stand by yourself in life. Self-empowerment, it’s the fundamental aspect of the process of transformation.
  • Awareness of my own limits and boundaries as a person, aware of my sabotaging part within me.
  • Less selfishness and judgment of others.
  • Awareness of her ignorance about the different dimensions still to discover within herself.

How does it feel like:

  • You live with more inner peace.
  • You become what you really are.
  • You realize everything is simpler than you thought.
  • Higher quality of life.
  • To feel free: “it is like getting out of a prison and becoming and feeling free”
  • You become happier, able to decide freely (say yes or no easier), you behave according to your own rules and norms.
  • Connection with your inner power, more intuition, perception, creativity and coherence. Experience “knowing without knowing”.
  • “It feels returning back home which means to return to your inner being”.

During the crisis stage:

  • The body: herpes, bad blood circulation, constipation, cólico nefrítico, pains in the joints,

  • Emotional: shake and trembling my ego structures, due to resistance and the ego’s fear of death. After the main triggering experience she became very angry with life, about who she really was, why she was here, and what was the meaning of all around, also very sad, she wanted to escape from this reality: “I’m not from this planet, this can’t be happening to me because with this experiences I’m not from here, I’m from another place”.

  • Mentally: too active with useless thoughts, experienced the mind talking all the time.

  • Spiritually: she didn’t imagine what was about, she didn’t think about it, and she didn’t know that existed.

After the crisis:

  • Physically: joints didn’t hurt anymore, I didn’t need an chirurgical operation, no more allergic processes, no more stomach pains, no more constipation, the internal systems work easily. I sleep well I wake up with optimism and energy.

  • Mentally: no mental obsession, no more useless thoughts, my mind is calm, still and in peace, mental detachment from things, more internal coherence between mind-heart, they work together. Increase in creativity, I think faster, my intuition has developed much more.

  • Emotionally: I don’t have fear anymore, only when there is a threatening situation and danger as a warning symptom; you feel in peace with yourself.

  • Spiritually: 6 years ago I started to connect with a guide known as Sacha, started channelling,

  • Interaction with the world: different than before, started to love the Planet she was in, taking care of it “not throwing a paper on the floor, something that I would have done for sure in the past”. This peaceful state benefits me and people around me.

Images of the process of awakening used:

  • Dimensions of consciousness represented as tonalities of colours, frequencies and densities to tune into. The use of the radio to represent the tuning range.
  • Irreversibility: like eating a nice dish and preferring something corrupt or bad.
  • The process of awakening as putting the pieces of a puzzle together.
  • A door as the start of the process, the threshold
  • The process as a birth and death experience.
  • The beating of the body with the heart.
  • Returning back home, to your self.
